These tastefully decorated privately owned Sand Dollar Condominium vacation homes are some of the most luxurious two bedroom / two bath units on beautiful Daytona Beach Shores oceanside. It is approximately one mile north of the Dunlawton Bridge in Port Orange which is much quieter and more family oriented than the Daytona Beach Boardwalk area. Our unit is Ocean Front on the 8th floor.
The office manager is in the office from 9 to 3 everyday except Wednesday and Sunday.
The living rooms and master bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open out to a large balcony which offers a fantasic view of the sunrises and the moon rising over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean (as seen on home page). The balcony, master bathroom and guest bedroom offer an exceptional view of the sunrise, sunset, city, and the boats and yachts cruising up and down the Halifax River. The condominium was built with the additional parking lot on the southside to offer a broader view of the ocean and river. The pool is located in front of the soutside parking lot on oceanside which offers sunshine all day. For your convenience, a shady picnic area is located on the ocean front lawn for dining since no food is allowed at the pool.

Our Condo is a Nonsmoking Unit. (Ashtrays are provided for smoking out on the balcony)
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and 20" LCD Flat Screen Remote Control Cable TV, Phone, Clock Radio and Private Bath with Walk-In Shower with hair dryer. The Master Bedroom also opens out onto the Large Balcony Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Guest Room has Queen Bed with a 13" Remote Control Cable TV/VCR, Clock Radio, Phone also a Queen size Aero Bed. The Guest Bedroom has access to the Guest Tub/Shower bathroom with hair dryer.
The Living room has a 36" Remote Control Cable TV/VCR, DVD and Stereo, Sofa with dual Recliners, Recliner, and Love Seat. The Living Room has a very large Balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Dining Room has 4 chairs and 2 Bar Stools at Kitchen Bar.
The Extra Large Balcony is furnished with Eight Piece Patio Furniture with chaise lounger and 4 chairs.
The Kitchen has a Smooth Top Stove, Microwave Sensor Oven, Family size Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Toaster Oven, Toaster, Blender, George Forman Grill and all the dishes, glassware, and utensils you will need.
All the Linens and a large quantity of Plush Towels are provided.
There is a Laundry Room in the condo with full size Washer and Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Beach Towels, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards and Beach Chairs.
The Sand Dollar Condominium, 3115 South Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores, Florida 32118 is approximately 1 mile north of Dunlawton Ave.
and 4 miles south from Main St.

From the Orlando International Airport-- 73-miles/120 km
There is Underground Parking with a 7' door for one car.
Outside parking is available for vehicles less than 2 Tons.
The building is monitored and secure, two Elevators, Central Sprinklers/Alarm System, two Sauna's, Jacuzzi, Gated Heated Outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and Fully Equipped Exercise Room. We have a portable Kiddy Pool. Children in Diapers (including swimmies) are not allowed in the Main Pool or Jacuzzi per Health Department.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE, including children.
We ask that you DO NOT SMOKE in the unit.
Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the Sand Dollar.
The PRIMARY GUEST who is RENTING AND OCCUPYING OUR UNIT MUST BE AT LEAST 28 YEARS OF AGE.
THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
FOR OUR BEST RATE...SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IS REQUIRED.
(The rental rate depends on your Vacation Dates).

To secure your dates....we require a $200 SecurityDamage Deposit in US Dollars.
(this Reserves your dates and is the security deposit we deposit and retain until after your stay).
The Security Deposit is fully refundable, subject to condo inspection, inventory and return of keys and garage card.
This deposit may be fully refundable, if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is expected at least 45 days prior to your reservation date.
